As I am preparing a vision quest, I am looking for detailed information about the preparation of ayahuasca brew using either the combination Banisteriopsis Caapi/Psychotria Viridis (ayahuasca/chacruna) and/or Banisteriopsis Caapi/Mimosa Hostilis (ayahuasca/jurema),
Both recipes possibly including Diplopterys Cabrerena (chagro panga).
I have a rough idea of what is involved in the preparation/cooking of the brew and how much of each of the ingredients should be used in relation to the other, but I have not yet been able to find information about dosage: how much to use for one person? Can anybody help me?

It's very hard to establish a dosage range since the mentioned plants vary a great deal in alkaloid content.
