Spred frøene over et areal jord (måske helst sandet jord). De spirer efter et par dage, hold jorden konstant fugtig derefter.

Sow seed thinly in 6-10cm deep seed trays and cover lightly with vermiculite.

I found 80-100g wet weight (~15-20g dry) to be enough for a big fat beer-pig such as myself to get a mild one and double for a total mind-flush.
