Hej. My friend has recently moved to Denmark and wants to get some MHRB to dye her clothes. It seems like they sell it here: https://ethno.dk/product/jurema-2/ However, she can't find out whether it's legal or not. Apparently some people synthesise DMT from it, so I thought it might be a good idea to ask you guys if you can help her with some advice. It sounds like a bit of a grey area. If so what are the risks? She doesn't mind paying a fine, but she doesn't want anything on her record that could risk stopping her getting citizenship in many years time, and does not want police turning up at her door and bothering her landlord. It seems strange to her (and to me) that MHRB could be illegal and the cause of punishments, but there could be a functioning webshop that sells it. |

Pretty sure is legal, since a lot of plants and roots contain DMT, is not really feasible to make it illegal. This thread also states that is not illegal. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=49823 |

None of the people in those threads ended up receiving a fine. It is illegal to extract the DMT and it is illegal to order, if u planning on using it for consumption . But if you ordering it for coloring clothes, then it is perfectly legal. If you really are worried about a fine, then just order it from Ethnoplanet, that comes with a label stating that is not for consumption and it is send from Denmark, so it will never cross the border. |
