Det har jo ikke en skid med Absinth at gøre... Men hvis du nu UTFSE, ville du finde en foreslået metode til at isolere Thujon. (Jeg går ud fra at du vil ryge det?) |

Dex jeg har læst tidligere posts om isolering af thujoin, jeg tænkte nærmere på hvis man nu tilfældigvis havde fået en ordentlig omgang grønt lort isoleret på ovenstående måde af en bekendt, om der var nogen som havde forslag til en lynhurtig måde at få fjernet chlorofylen [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img] |

Hey Bøh, det bliver nok lidt besværligt at isolere ren thujone, men en (indsutriel) metode til at fjerne klorofyl er med chlorophyllase, der er et enzym, der gør KF vandopløseligt, så man bare kan vaske det væk. Da enzymet nok er bare lidt svært at anskaffe, kan du muligvis prøve med en fortyndet simpel syre (HCl el eddikesyre) i et par timer, der også kan spalte KF men ikke thujonen. Syren kan dog muligvis reagere med alt muligt andet lort i blandingen - men jeg har ingen anelse om det kan være lidt uhensigtsmæssigt. Go fornøjelse ellers ;o) |
