Ren 5-HTP virker fint, kan ikke se hvorfor det skal blandes op med en masse forskellige indholdsstoffer. Desuden ville jeg anbefale tryptofan fremfor 5-HTP, da kroppen så selv omdanner den mængde den har brug for, til serotonin. Ikke som med 5-HTP, hvor det er en direkte precursor, og der frigives store mængder 5-HT (serotonin) i blodbanen, som i det lange løb kan tænkes at have skadelige effekter på hjertet. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5-HTP#Poss ... de_effects |
