Som f.eks da herr Hofman testede Ps.mexicana svampe på sig selv havde han i en periode studeret de mexicanske indianeres mytologi og kultur...det resulterede i at hans trip var fyldt med mexicanske mønstre osv...

Udover det er de også lette at dyrke men tar bare længere tid end cubensis osv....man starter bare en kultur i græsfrø og efter nogen måneder er hele substratet fyldt af sclerotia(som er et hvilelegme svampeorganismen danner for så at skyde paddehatte op senere)
Det lette ved dette er at man aldrig behøver at 'føde kagerne',case dem i bakker , spawne til kompost etc. med mindre man absolut vil dyrke paddehatte frem for at få sporeprints eller bare for blær.....
