Jeg kender sådan set godt anbefalingerne mht. MAOi og visse fødevarer, som man bør holde sig fra, da de bliver lettere toksiske uden MAO til at rydde dem op.
Jeg leder efter nogle praktiske erfaringer, som kan sætte tingene i perspektiv. Hvor syg bliver man, hvis man ikke holder sig fra de MAOi-inkompatible fødevarer (f.eks. ost, yoghurt, peanuts, pølser, ...)?
